Description
As an Advice and Assessment Officer (L3Z1) at our organization, you will play a vital role in providing guidance and support to clients seeking advice on various matters. Responsibilities
Conduct needs assessments to determine the support required for each client
Provide advice and guidance to clients on a range of topics
Assess client eligibility for specific programs or services
Collaborate with team members to develop customized action plans
Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records
Assist clients in completing necessary paperwork or forms
Keep abreast of industry trends and changes in policies and procedures
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
Previous experience in a similar role preferred
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Proficient in using computer applications and software
Knowledge of relevant legislation and regulations
Attention to detail and strong organisational skills

Pay Per Hour: £19.25
