Job description
Our mission
We’re snack pioneers. From inventive new ingredient combinations to bold new standards in sustainability, we never stop striving for tastier and healthier snacking. No compromises. We aim to be the most valuable snacking business by challenging the convention that good for you and delicious cannot co-exist for everyone, everywhere.
Our Purpose Sure, we think big. Dream big too. But we believe in the power of little. Because we’ve shown giant leaps are possible when we do the little things right. With a relentless imagination to innovate, we set out to move mountains for both people and planet. Because why can’t a snack brand change the world? By empowering everyone to eat a little healthier, and a little more sustainably, we can people-power a better future. For all of us. And that’s a really big deal. By showing the world that snacking can be a power for good, our joyful snacks can do the impossible. One little bite at a time.
So it should come as no surprise that we’re also a certified B Corp and a proud advocate for the Better Business Act. We’ve committed to being a better business by putting equal measure behind how our business operates for people, planet and profit.
