Job description
We are looking for a positive, passionate, and enthusiastic Nurses to join our NHS Western General Hospital Nurse’ team.
NOTE: Sponsorship is not available for this role
The ideal candidate will be a responsible and well-trained professional with experience working in NHS Trust Hospital able to give the best nursing care with little supervision. You will be compassionate and cool-tempered. You will also be able to follow health and safety guidelines faithfully and consistently.
Responsibilities
– Provide direct patient care, including assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating patients’ conditions
– Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians or as authorized by the healthcare facility
– Monitor and record patients’ vital signs and medical history
– Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare team members to develop and implement patient care plans
– Educate patients and their families on disease prevention, treatment options, and self-care techniques
– Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records
