Job description
It’s an exciting time to join the eCommunications team here at AXA, with significant investment planned in all UKandI businesses to transform, deliver new digital services to our customers and streamline and automate our business processes. To help us build our digital communications capability, we’re looking for a talented person to join our growing team.
As Internal Digital Communications Specialist, you’ll be responsible for detailed analysis of internal communications tools usage. You’ll use this data to tell stories that are meaningful and make the complex easy to understand. You’ll also create and manage content to support AXA UK’s use of Microsoft 365 communication tools and internal communication channels.
At AXA we work smart, empowering our people to balance their time between home and the office in a way that works best for them, their team and our customers. You'll work at least 40% of your week away from home, at our Tunbridge Wells, Ipswich or other AXA office. Our team spend one day a week together in our London office. Occasional travel to other AXA UK offices.
