Drive your career forward in this highly visible role and power your potential. In this role you will Lead the Movex Legacy System support team while ensuring uninterrupted business operations. Provide oversight and direct work of the GPV AMS Legacy System Support, i.e., Movex Application Management Support provided by external vendor partner, while keeping the GPV accountable in meeting contractually agreed AMS metrics.

you will make an impact in the following ways:

Lead relationship management between IT and business partners across regions to identify and interpret voice of the customer, manage strategic requirements and priorities, maximize business value of technology investments, enable cross-functional collaboration, and drive innovation to meet business goals.

Regular monitors and reports the progress of Movex and integrated system performance and recommends changes accordingly.

Demonstrated ability to upskill knowledge on contemporary and emerging technologies such as SAP, Salesforce, MuleSoft, Cloud computing. Knowledge of the software development cycle and project management methodologies.

Ability to design, develop and implement best practice solutions and improvements while working with business and IT partners.

Partner with business functions to analyse, define, and document business requirements and priorities for the Movex application globally.

Act as the international champion for supporting and improving the Movex ERP and edge systems while executing support and changes as required.

Document functional specifications, validate the technical specification and design with application developers, test, and work with business stakeholders to review and sign-off solutions – ensuring they are fit for purpose and meeting the needs of the business.

Documenting and agreeing non-functional requirements, testing and signing off solution implementations. Engage with stakeholders, building relationships across business and IT and allowing for continued improvement across multiple projects.

To be successful in this role you will need the following:

College, university, or equivalent degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business, or related subject, or relevant equivalent experience required. This position may require licensing for compliance with export controls or sanctions regulations.

Extensive experience in Movex ERP systems development, implementations and managing applications landscape.

Communication across multiple levels, soft skills, management of direct and indirect teams

Manages complexity, making sense of complex, high quantity, and sometimes contradictory information to effectively solve problems.

Able to Engage with stakeholders, building relationships across business and IT and allowing for continued improvement across multiple projects.

Have the ability to design, develop and implement best practice solutions and improvements while working with business and IT partners.
