Job description

Axcis Education has partnered with a highly successful primary mainstream school within the Maidstone area who are seeking an experienced Level 3 EYFS Teaching Assistant to join their supportive team.

As a Level 3 EYFS Teaching Assistant, your primary responsibilities will include:
- Supporting the classroom teacher in delivering high-quality teaching and learning experiences.
- Conducting intervention work with small groups to provide targeted support and enhance student progress.
- Creating a positive and inclusive learning environment that fosters the social, emotional, and academic development of students.
- Collaborating with the teaching team to assess student progress and contribute to the planning of effective interventions.
- Having high expectations and an unwavering belief in the potential of every child.
- Holding a strong classroom presence whilst motivating and inspiring all pupils.

To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Level 3 Teaching Assistant qualification or equivalent.
- Previous experience working in a school setting.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- The ability to work effectively in a team and independently.
- Availability to work full-time, Monday to Friday, from 8:15 AM to 3:30 PM.
