Job Type: Full-Time, Permanent.

Salary: £36,000 - £40,000 Per Annum, Depending on Experience.

Candidate Location: North West, Within 35-mile radius of Ormskirk. 

About the Company:

Established 2005, they are an independent lift installation, servicing and repair company based in Ormskirk, Lancashire who specialise in lift maintenance, lift & elevator repairs, lift modernisation and new Installations of lifts. 

They pride themselves in the quality of lift installation and maintenance service that they provide to all of their customers. The company provides lift services 24hrs a day throughout the Northwest area.

About the Role:

The Company is now recruiting for lift technicians to carry out and complete; maintenance, repair and callout attendance across the Northwest region for all types and models of lifts across the industry, for the companies own direct clients. Technical visits following callout attendance and service engineering reports along with testing of modernisation works would form part of the role. 

The role requires, but is not limited to:

• Pre-planned preventative maintenance and service visits.
• Call-out attendance and minor repairs.
• Participation within the company callout rota.

• Callout standby allowance and door to door travel is paid at premium rates outside of normal working hours.

Candidate Requirements:

• Prior lift engineering experience is required, NVQ not essential.
• Further progression and NVQ3/NVQ4 training qualifications available.
• Overtime paid at premium rates above basic hourly rate.
• Callout standby paid door to door.
• 33 days annual leave inclusive of public bank holidays.
• Full and current UK driving license essential.
• New company van and new company Samsung mobile phone.
• Company pension scheme.
