The private client team acts for some of the world's wealthiest families and individuals with substantial assets across the globe. Therefore, the work they do is very interesting and covers niche areas including IP, art and equine matters. The role: Forming part of the firm's wider wealth planning practice, this firm is looking to welcome Tax, Trusts & Succession Associate 2-5 years PQE or CILEX into their team in Exeter. This firm has a top-tier private client practice that caters to clients with diverse assets who require complex succession planning and wealth protection arrangements. A large percentage of the work comes from generational clients who use the firm for 'cradle to grave' legal services. Therefore, they are looking for someone who has experience in the creation and handling of inter-generational wealth structures, trust reorganisations and tax-efficient strategies to preserve wealth. You will have the chance to enhance your technical abilities and industry knowledge by working alongside experienced private client lawyers who foster an inclusive working environment.
