Job description

Our client seeks a Yachting & Aviation Administrator to join their team. Role Profile: To provide trust and company support to the Associate Directors in the day to day administration of portfolio of Yachts and Aircraft. Key Responsibilities: Liaising with clients, family offices, fiscal agents and professional advisors as required. Liaising with aircraft and ship registries, sale/charter brokers, crewing companies, captains and crew, insurance brokers, operators and managers, and other intermediaries as required. Arranging for the review, approval and signing of charter agreements, LOIs, APAs, MOAs and other aircraft and yacht documentation as applicable. Dealing with day to day administrative tasks including the preparation of aircraft lease invoices, standard correspondence, minutes, resolutions, opening of bank accounts, payment requests, as well as attending to input and execution of payments. Ensuring the general maintenance of client files. Assisting with the annual reviews of client entities and trusts. New Clients - to participate in the take-on of new clients in compliance with the Company's policies. To contribute to the development of the Company's systems and procedures and to promote the appropriate use of the same within the Client Services teams. Updating of Viewpoint as required. To assist in other technical or administrative areas within the Company as may reasonably be requested, having regard to level of work and existing work procedures.
