Description
- Lead and manage the Accounting & Finance team
- Oversee year-end financial processes and reporting
- Ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulations
- Contribute to strategic financial planning and decision-making
- Implement and enhance financial systems and processes
- Coordinate with external auditors
- Manage budgeting and forecasting activities
- Provide financial advice and guidance to the board and senior management
Profile
A successful Year End Consultant
- A degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field
- Professional accounting qualification (ACCA, ACA)
- Strong knowledge of financial regulations and standards
- Experience in the housing sector- essential
- Proven experience in strategic financial planning
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
Job Offer
- An estimated salary range of £70,000- £79,000 depending on experience
- 30 days holiday
- 10% pension contribution
