Job description

Reporting directly to our IT Director, we are looking for an entry level Data Administrator to support our IT Team, so if you have experience working with data, excellent attention to detail and communication skills – we want to hear from you!

This role is an entry level role and is ideal for someone who has some administration experience and would like an opportunity to support our IT team, we are a fast-paced and rapidly expanding business, so there is plenty of opportunity to get involved in many other exciting activities across the full ITC mix.

Working as a Data Administrator based at our modern head office at Ellesmere Port, you will be proactive and a key support to the ICT team.

Duties:

Product Data Management: Take ownership of all company parts, prices, including managing the product data sets, recording all changes and publishing regular updates through our bespoke software tools.

Working alongside our Business Intelligence team to provide data and analysis for the senior management team.

ERP Project: Working alongside a mixed skills team to deliver a new ERP system across all the businesses in the group which is pivotal in helping us reach our ambitious growth targets.

Process Control: Documenting process and procedures for the creation of internal guides.

Other Duties: Departmental reporting, raising PO’s, general administration. This list is not exhaustive.
