The Role  

Lead sales at an ambitious, growing, mission-focused enterprise SaaS Scale-up.

We're looking for an ambitious, experienced enterprise seller to mentor and support our sales team working with some of the world's best companies.

We're an established enterprise scale-up delivering big value to brilliant well-known companies through our employee ideas SaaS platform and services. Our small but mighty sales team is currently led by our founder, and we're looking for someone to help us expand our reach. 

Our culture is really important to us, so we are looking for someone who can demonstrate our values, as well as someone who is passionate about delivering on our mission. 

What you'll do 

You will... 

• build a true understanding of our company, customers and market by closing deals yourself whilst you iterate on our enterprise sales playbook.
• coach your team to consistently smash quota, nurture the team's culture and collaborate well with our product, delivery, marketing and partnerships teams. 
• understand the interplay between CS, sales and services and be able to leverage this interplay to close deals quickly. 

What you'll need

You should... 

• have an entrepreneurial mindset 
• have experience successfully selling enterprise SaaS software for a challenger brand or similar 
• have self-motivation and a hunger to succeed 
• be a builder attitude, excited to seek out insight and learnings and turn them into process and collateral for others to follow 
• have experience building, managing and closing large enterprise deals in line with Experience closing both inbound and outbound opportunities, in a small team or solo 
• have great communication skills
