We are looking for an experienced, commercial and analytical growth executive who will be responsible for driving the success of our digital advertising campaigns across various acquisition channels. You will partner with our marketing and creative teams to develop, implement, and optimise acquisition strategies that align with Wild Nutrition’s objectives and values. Key responsibilities:

• Develop paid media strategies across multiple online platforms, such as Google Ads and Meta Ads. 
• Maintain a strong relationship with our external agencies, including briefing them on campaigns and strategy.
• Support on additional acquisition channels such as affiliate marketing, brand partnerships and offline marketing. 
• Conduct in-depth customer research and competitor analysis to inform planning for BAU and campaign activity. 
• Generate reports and carry out advanced performance analysis to inform campaign optimisation and future A/B testing. 
• Collaborate with the creative team on disruptive formats and brief compelling ad copy and visuals that align with campaign objectives and resonate with the target audience.
• Stay updated with industry trends and platform updates to implement best practices, innovative strategies and explore new acquisition channels.
• Maintain strong relationships with teams.

Requirements

What you bring:

• Experience in a high-growth e-commerce environment
• Experience in web analytic, e-commerce and paid media platforms, such as Shopify, Google Ads, Facebook Ads, GA4, HotJar and AWIN.
• Proven success in identifying, measuring and evaluating performance metrics
• Strong and accurate analytical abilities with a passion for data-driven decision-making and influencing through data.
• Experience working with large paid media budgets.
• Customer focus - you’ll understand the core and target consumers and factor that into channels and creative
• Good Excel / Numbers skills.
• Confidence briefing creative and copy.
• Facebook and Google Ad exam certifications preferred.
• You’re hands-on, organised and a competent collaborato
