Pension Solicitor/ Senior Associate
Location: Cardiff
TIER 1 PENSIONS TEAM
An outstanding opportunity has arisen for a driven, passionate Pensions Solicitor with impressive technical ability to join this market leading, international pensions team that has a global presence. This role would be based in the stylish Cardiff office, right in the heart of the city centre.
The team have recently won Pensions Law firm of the year as well as European Pension Lawyers of the year in 2020. The client base is outstanding and includes large employers, trustees, public sector schemes, privatised industry wise schemes, trade unions and more.
What makes this team unique is that there are over 70 members of the team throughout their offices in the UK however the work is not allocated based on geographical location and so within Cardiff they don't deal with exclusively Welsh work, they deal with city quality, high value matters.
The team do not stop at providing top tier quality advice to their excellent client base, they have also been involved in pensions law and policy, they are at the forefront of innovative pension developments having advised and worked together with the DWP on important pension reforms.
The ideal candidate for this role would be 2-7 years PQE with strong technical ability of advising on large pension schemes. You will have impressive numerous skills and sound knowledge pensions.
Within this team 90% of members have been home grown, starting at a junior level and have been supportive and guided through the clear progression routes. You progression is guided by you and you are provided every opportunity to reach your own career goals.
