£45,000-£50,000

Are you an experienced Registered Manager / Supported Living Manager / Branch Manager who specialises in learning disabilities?

Would you like to work for one of the UK's most reputable and up and coming care organisations?

One of my clients, a fastly growing care organisation, are looking for an experienced manager for one of the domiciliary services they provide in across Kent including Sittingbourne, Ashford, Deal and surrounding areas. As the Registered Manager, you will work closely with a team of staff in order to provide the best standard of care for the residents. It is important that the chosen candidate has good communication and leadership skills.

The Registered Manager / Branch Manager / Supported Living Manager will be responsible for promoting, managing, and coordinating care plans and will be a central role in team leadership. From facilitating new packages and developing staff teams to overseeing recruitment and induction, the chosen candidate will be central to service delivery, and will take a hands-on approach to care management too as well as taking part in an on-call rota. The Manager will ensure people supported have person centred support plans which are regularly updated, ensuring high quality support is being provided to each individual, including people undergoing a period of mental health related crisis such as psychotic episodes and self-harm in conjunction with health professionals.

Candidate requirements:

- Learning Disabilities specialist
- Registered Manager
- NVQ L5
- Driver
- Good communication and leadership skills
