Water Utility Company based in Yorkshire region of England. ICA (Instrument Control & Automation) Technician Salary & Benefits(5a): £36,555 - £43,700 depending on experience + company van with option to join company car scheme (after 12 months employment) + 25 days holiday + 1 wellbeing day + bank holidays + standby and overtime additional payments Location: North East / North West / East Yorkshire (Leeds, Bradford, Halifax, Harrogate, York, Malton, Thirsk, Hull & East Riding) Work type: Permanent. 37 hours per week, Monday – Friday. We have an exciting opportunity for an ICA (Instrument Control & Automation) Technician to join the North West or North East; Asset Delivery team at Yorkshire Water and be a part of helping Yorkshire Water to provide the best service to our customers. ICA Technicians are a key part of how we plan to meet the changing expectations of customers and regulators. Purpose of the role: Complete repairs, maintenance, calibration and certification of Yorkshire Waters Instrumentation, Control, Automation and Telemetry systems and assets across water and wastewater treatment and pumping installations in line with current KPI’s and quality management procedures. Mobile working as part of a Maintenance Team to deliver Planned & Reactive maintenance. Responding to emergency calls both in and out of hours (on call-out rota). Driving to deliver improved asset reliability through effective decision making. Key Accountabilities:

Where you fit in: As an ICA Technician it is mandatory that you can demonstrate experience and knowledge in; You will also benefit from having: What skills & qualifications you will need: Essential Qualifications: * It is a mandatory requirement that you hold a recognised Electrical Craft/Technician Apprenticeship and either a City & Guilds/ ONC/ BTEC/ NVQ/ HNC/ HND or equivalent in Instrumentation/Electrical/Electronic Engineering or Professional Eng Tech registration.
