Salary: £16.00

The Kingston Cluster Team support provide administrative and general digital support to critical activities. We specifically support the Emotional Health Service, Mental Health Support Team, Educational Psychology Service, Early Help, Referral and Assessment, Front Line, Safeguarding and Child Protection Services.

The role will support the Social Care Services
Skills and experience
Experience of working in a business support capacity providing a wide range of administrative support.
Fantastic customer service experience – interacting with internal and external users is a core requirement through face to face, telephone and email enquiries.
Ability to form good working relationships with colleagues and users to ensure effective customer service and strong collaboration.
A working knowledge of using a wide range of MS Office or Google packages, including word, Excel and PowerPoint and Google docs, slides and sheets.
Experience of accurately recording and inputting data/financial information within agreed timescales.
Experience of updating and maintaining databases, providing statistical reports.
Experience of providing high-level meeting support including organising and taking minutes
