Overview

Salary: £18,000 – £20,000 basic, £26,000 OTE

A dynamic and fast-growing training company are currently recruiting for confident, ambitious people to join as Business Development Advisors.

Main Duties:

• To identify new clients to be targeted and approached
• To achieve agreed sales performance targets as laid down by the organisation
• To identify business opportunities, sales leads and follow through within timescales agreed with the client
• To carry out sales presentations to clients
• To carry out learner presentations to potential learners
• To complete all initial sign-up documentation required, and submit to BD Manager by the agreed cut-off date each month
• To ensure conformity with all funding body contract(s) criteria
• To comply with company policies and procedures
• To update social media as requested

Requirements:

• A good standard of general education e.g. 5 GCSE (or equivalent) including English & Maths
• DBS Checked on appointment
• Use of car
