Job description
1. Arrange and attend various career events within various educationalestablishments including schools, colleges and within various NHS employersworkplaces to promote NHS estates apprenticeships and NHS Estates work, underthe guidance and report to the RTDM on progress and developments.2. Assist people to make realistic choices about their future learning and work in theNHS Estates Departments by providing the right advice, information and guidanceso they can reach their full potential3. Arrange and conduct meetings with clients, including schools, College staff, to workon any educational initiatives and directives and to promote NHS Estates work,under the guidance and report to the RTDM on progress and developments.4. Participate in the development of the Assessment Centres ISO 9001:2015 qualitysystem, analyse and use the data to enhance the development of the trainingprovided.5. Assist in the preparation and monitor of the Assessment Centres Reports and Self-Assessment Plan / Quality Plans and implement / introduce changes andimprovements where necessary, as agreed with the RTDM and the MRG.6. Participate in Ofsted inspections and all meetings as required7. Assist in the organisation of relevant seminars including ensuring speakers areconfirmed and venues prepared.8. Provide support and cover for RTDAMs provision during period of annual leave orsickness.9. To undertake clerical / admin duties in support of the RT&DM
