My client is looking to add an Accounts Payable Assistant to the team, with the ideal candidate will have 1-2 years experience within AP and now ready to take the next step in their career.

Responsibilities include:

• Process and input Supplier Purchase Invoices, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
• Match invoices with purchase orders, identify discrepancies rectifying as soon as possible.
• Regular contact with external stakeholders, addressing payment issues, credit terms, and resolving queries.
• Support month-end processes, including reconciliation of supplier statements, credit card statements, and handling ad-hoc tasks to assist the Finance Team.
