Job Title: Health and Safety Coordinator
Location: East Grinstead

Introduction:
In charge of the daily provision of ergonomics and Fleet Managed Services utilizing Healthy Working and PACE software solutions. This involves coordinating both onsite and virtual assessments for clients, either directly or through our partners.
The Role:
So, what will you be doing as an Health and Safety Coordinator?
- Overseeing the setup and launch of up to 35 Managed Services clients
- Assisting with client inbox support
- Providing agreed services to clients in accordance with SLAs and SOWs
- Offering technical advice to support clients as needed
- Supporting all product developments upon request
- Generating management reports for the Head of Managed Services as necessary
- Assisting with client scheduling and rule setup
- Supporting Client Rollout Plans and Process Flows
- Generating monthly/weekly client reports and participating in calls
- Developing a thorough understanding of software and services for efficient support desk issue resolution
- Familiarizing oneself with identifying issues requiring escalation
- Ensuring all tasks contain comprehensive details on the referred issues and conducted investigations before escalation
- Troubleshooting and providing recommended workarounds/fixes for problems
- Adhering to Information Security requirements and ISO Standards
- Logging all work and communications accurately in the CRM system
- Completing data imports/updates as required and instructed
- Following all Managed Services processes and policies, ensuring procedures are completed according to relevant guidelines
- Collaborating closely with other departments to deliver effective solutions to customers
What are we looking for in our next Health and Safety Coordinator?
- Good communications skills both internal and external
- Good Understanding of health and safety laws and particularly ergonomic regulations
- Creativity thinking and problem solving.
- 5 GCSEs or equivalent at grade C or above are required. Maths and English essential.
- An excellent communicator able to discuss technical issues to a varying audience.
- Able to deal with high pressure, high stress environments.
- Full training will be provided on all systems and software.
