Are you an experienced PCB Design Engineer looking to join a world leader in Appliance, Electrical and Electronic Manufacturing? Our client design and manufacture high-reliability CONNECTIVITY, POWER and CONTROL solutions for aerospace, defense, space, and industrial applications. The ideal candidate will have experience creating circuit schematics, comprehensive PCB drawing sets, and detailed product Bills of Materials (BOM).
PCB Design Engineer Permanent £35,000-£45,000 Monday-Thursday 08:00-16:45 Friday 08:00-12:30 Ryde PCB Design Engineer Job Description - Collaborate with the engineering team to develop circuit schematics, PCB designs, drawings, and product parts lists.
- Generate precise PCB information required for external fabrication.
- Produce PCB and General Assembly (GA) assembly drawings, including parts lists.
- Supply data for surface mount and pick-and-place operations.
- Support the integration of change notes on an ongoing basis.
- Maintain strict configuration control over all design aspects.
- Ensure the availability of up-to-date and accurate parts lists for production.
- Uphold quality standards by adhering to established Design Office processes and procedures.
- Contribute valuable insights and suggestions aimed at enhancing process and procedure efficiency.
PCB Design Engineer Essential Experience/Skills/Qualifications - 5-10 years of experience in Drawing Office processes and procedures.
- 2-3 years of mechanical design and drawing experience.
- 5 years of experience in Power PCB design within the industry.
- 3-5 years of CAD experience for PCB design.
