Job description

WR Fundraising Recruitment are recruiting for this brilliant health charity and are on the lookout for a Regional Fundraising Manager to join this fantastic organisation, saving lives in their region.

We are on the lookout for a Regional Fundraising Manager (focussing on Corporates, Community and Events), to maximise income from community groups and supporters. You will be working on their key income streams, to increase income from their existing supporters and reaching out to new business to gain their support. You will be leading and developing the Corporate, Community and Events fundraising team and developing the charity’s exciting programmes, which go out to local schools and communities to deliver life savings skills.

There is plenty of scope for personal development in this role, so, if you’re a Senior Officer looking for that next challenge, where no days are the same, this could be the role for you! You will have the opportunity to lead on their exciting, successful events in this role.

Regional Fundraising Manager
Full Time, Permanent
Cambridgeshire, Hybrid
Salary – Up to £44,000

Key responsibilities of the role will include:
• Developing and implementing a fundraising strategy
• Leading and developing the fundraising team
• Developing the charity’s programmes, going out to local schools and communities
• Building relationships with communities and organisations to secure long term support
• Leading on the charity’s annual events
• Account managing the charity’s existing corporate supporters, along with new business
• Line managing a team of 5 fundraisers

The ideal candidate for this role will:
• Have a background in Community, Corporate and Events fundraising
• Be able to hit the ground running in this role
• Have line management experience
• Have created and delivered a community fundraising strategy
• Have a full UK driving licence with access to own vehicle
• Be a brilliant communicator, with the ambition to succeed
• Be highly organised with excellent attention to detail, able to manage multiple projects
• Focus on solutions, being innovative and creative to overcome challenges
