About the Role
The TEBS Development Manager will support the Head of TEBS in delivering a range of income driven business activities in providing innovative products, solutions and consultancy that address complex customer requirements across the training sphere. These include government, industry and academic organisations across the UK and its international allies.
You will be a self-starter, able to think independently and combine both business development and deep technical programming development skills. You will help further develop and manage the TEBS Pathway course management system, together with a portfolio of other initiatives. You will be responsible for defining requirements, monitoring, modifying, testing and delivering high impact TEBS initiatives, including activity across other Schools in the University and reporting regularly to the Head of TEBS and other stakeholders.
You will have personal responsibility for managing a range of current and emerging projects including:
About You
You will be educated to degree level in a software, business, or process related area, or equivalent experience. You will have extensive experience with Adobe ColdFusion and other web technologies. You will have experience of one or more of the following:
- Proven experience with software development
- UK Defence and/or Security sectors
- Project and Programme Management
Experience of working within a university environment is desirable.
