Early Years Foundation Stage Classroom Teacher
The Role:
We are seeking a dynamic and passionate EYFS Class Teacher to join our dedicated team. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering high-quality education to our Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) children, fostering their development and preparing them for Key Stage 1. As an EYFS Class Teacher in our primary education setting, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the educational journey of our youngest learners.
Key Responsibilities: - Plan and deliver engaging and differentiated lessons that cater to the individual needs and interests of children in the Early Years Foundation Stage.
- Create a stimulating learning environment that promotes exploration, creativity, and independent learning.
- Assess children's progress and attainment, providing timely feedback to children and parents.
- Work collaboratively with other EYFS staff and colleagues across the school to ensure continuity and progression in learning.
- Foster positive relationships with children, parents, and colleagues, maintaining effective communication and partnership working.
Requirements: - Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.
- Experience teaching in the Early Years Foundation Stage, preferably within a primary school setting.
- Sound knowledge of the EYFS curriculum and pedagogy.
- Strong communication, organization, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to differentiate instruction to meet the diverse needs of children.
- Commitment to promoting the holistic development of young children and creating a nurturing learning environment.
