Salary: £30,000 - £35,000 per annum
Contract: Permanent, full time (Monday to Friday 08:00-17:00)
Location: Hybrid role, with at least two visits per week in our Swindon office, on top of client visits.

About the role:
Reporting to the Head of Revenue Operations, an Account Manager is responsible for managing and developing relationships with existing clients to ensure customer satisfaction, retention, and business growth. Your role will involve acting as the primary point of contact for clients, understanding their needs and goals, and working with internal teams to deliver solutions that meet or exceed their expectations.
Role Responsibilities
Your key responsibilities will include, but not be limited to:
Relationship management : Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, understanding their business goals and challenges, and serving as their primary point of contact within the company.
Customer satisfaction : Ensuring that clients are satisfied with the products or services provided, addressing any issues or concerns they may have, and working with internal teams to resolve problems.
Onboarding : Working closely with clients during onboarding and other key contractual milestones
Business development : Identifying new opportunities to grow the business within existing accounts, collaborating with internal teams to develop and execute account strategies, and driving revenue growth.
Cross-functional collaboration : Working closely with internal teams such as sales, marketing, operations and customer support to ensure alignment and coordination in delivering solutions to clients.
Commercial Pricing and Negotiations : Pricing new products and services when required by clients, and negotiating commercial contract changes.
Reporting and analysis : Analysing account performance data to identify trends, opportunities, and challenges, and providing regular reports to internal stakeholders. You will be responsible for spotting changes in buying habits, potential churn or reduced volume.
Industry knowledge : Maintaining a deep understanding of the industry and market trends, as well as the client's business and competitive landscape.
Key Relationships:
Specialist & technical knowledge , including:
IT Literacy - Able to utilise reporting features of Hubspot, Excel, Looker, and Xero to provide context to client feedback and a full understanding of how our proprietary software systems work including how our clients interact with them.
Tech Stack Organisation - You will need to be very organised and have excellent prioritisation skills when using multiple softwares, and use technology to help you with your day to day tasks. You should be proactive in suggesting process improvements for how we use our tech stack, data and reporting.
Communication - Communication is key when dealing with Clients. You will need excellent written and verbal skills and the ability to act empathetically in the face of issues, while maintaining professionalism and delivering on promises you make.
Collaboration - You will need to work closely with Client and Operations teams to discuss issues and successes. Having a strong collaboration skill is essential to ensure that client issues are heard and action plans created to resolve these issues
Leadership - While this role does not have direct reports, you will be responsible for leading the voice of the customer internally. You will need to be confident and direct in your approach, and manage client solutions through to completion.
