About the Role:

Reporting directly to the HR Manager in the US, you'll be instrumental in supporting our UK, Ireland, and continental Europe offices. Your role will encompass various HR functions, including recruitment, employee relations, compliance, and day-to-day HR tasks.

Key Activities:

• Lead end-to-end recruitment processes
• Provide comprehensive HR support and coaching
• Assist in addressing employee concerns and grievances
• Analyze HR routines and propose solutions
• Ensure compliance with company and local legislation
• Act as a neutral partner in grievance processes
• Support a healthy working environment
• Promote diversity and inclusion
• Participate in local and global HR initiatives
• Manage day-to-day HR tasks
