The
Field Team Recruitment and Onboarding Specialist plays a critical role in the
business, responsible for sourcing, recruiting, and onboarding new field teams
across all divisions. The primary objective is to meet the business
requirements by ensuring a steady influx of skilled field teams.
Key Responsibilities and Objectives:
- Source, recruit, and onboard new field teams in line with business needs.
- Liaise and coordinate with various departments to facilitate the onboarding process effectively.
- Conduct interviews and documentation verification for prospective field teams.
- Utilize various resources including Google and local networks for team sourcing, including cold calling.
- Maintain effective communication and manage stakeholders throughout the recruitment and onboarding process.
Day-to-Day Duties:
- Coordinate with operations team to ensure timely interviews and documentation collection.
- Source new teams through online research and cold calling.
- Communicate with identified teams to guide them through the onboarding process.

Who we are looking for:
- Proficiency in phone communication and confident in cold calling.
- Ability to meet deadlines and manage workload effectively.
- Strong communication skills, including escalation of issues and stakeholder management.
- Experience in office environments.
- Proficiency in data analysis using Excel and reporting tools (desirable).
- Familiarity with Power BI (desirable).
- Experience in high-volume recruitment or supply chain onboarding processes (desirable).
