POSITION: Premises and Compliance Manager

TYPE: Support Staff, Range 6, Full time, permanent

PAY: Range 6 (ISN 31-35) FTE £32,432 - £35,715

WEEKS PER YEAR: 52 weeks (including holiday)

HOURS: 37 hours per week, Monday – Thursday 8.30am – 4.30pm, Friday – 8.30am – 4pm

START DATE: ASAP

An opportunity has arisen for a driven, reliable and proactive premises and compliance manager to join our Site Team.

You will require excellent communication skills, practical knowledge and experience in addition to an understanding of compliance and strategy development gained within a similar role. The main purpose of the role will be to provide efficient services and processes that allow the whole school to operate safely and securely and ensure a healthy environment. Key tasks include managing a team of caretakers whilst taking responsibility for the school site including health and safety compliance and an awareness to provide proactive maintenance support. Experience of working in a similar environment is essential.
