Our bank roles (sometimes referred to as “relief roles” in other companies) mean that you will be able to choose from available shifts and have the benefits of a consistent workplace combined with opportunity to build positive relationships with the individuals we support. However, you aren’t guaranteed shifts every week as hours are worked as and when required.

We’re seeking a Bank Senior Care and Support Assistant to make a real difference to the lives of our customers. Sussex Avenue has six bedrooms spread across two attached bungalows: The Oaks and The Willows. We provide care and support for adults aged 18 to 65, who have a range of learning and physical disabilities. Our kind and caring team help customers to achieve good emotional health and improve their wellbeing and quality of life.
There are numerous shifts available every week, so you will have the flexibility to be able to choose the hours that suit you.
This service is part of an exciting development with significant investment by Sanctuary Supported Living and Kent County Council in collaboration with the family of customers that live at Sussex Avenue.
