Job Purpose:
We are seeking a dynamic B2B Account Executive to join our Health and Safety faculty. As a B2B Account Executive, you will play a key role in supporting the onboarding and management of client accounts. This entry-level position is an excellent opportunity for individuals with a passion for online learning, B2B sales, relationship building, and a desire to develop their career.
Key Responsibilities and Accountabilities:
Client Support:
• Take ownership for 200 accounts (customers) to ensure all small and medium sized clients are looked after.
• Assist in maintaining positive relationships with clients.
• Respond promptly to client inquiries and resolve issues effectively.
• Collaborate with senior account managers to address client needs.
Account Management:
• Ensure all new customers are set up and onboarded to the HSE platform.
• Learn and understand clients' business objectives and challenges.
• Assist in the development and execution of strategic account plans.
• Deliver account growth targets and KPIs.
• Maintain customer renewals of annual subscriptions.
Communication:
• Maintain regular communication with clients to provide updates on products/services.
• Communicate internally to ensure client needs are met efficiently.
Learning and Development:
• Stay informed about industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities.
• Participate in training programs to enhance product knowledge and sales skills.
Personal Specification:
What will we expect of You:
• Eagerness to learn and develop in a B2B account management role.
• Basic understanding of sales principles and customer relationship management.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and basic knowledge of CRM software.
• A good standard of education, a minimum of 4 GCSE’s to include English & Maths grade C or above.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
