Recruit4Staff are proud to be representing their client, a leading manufacturing company in their search for an Electricianto work in their leading facility in Shrewsbury.

For the successful Electrician, our client is offering:

• Up to £16.25 per hour/ £33,800 per annum DOE
• Monday to Friday 7.30 am to 4.00 pm.
• Permanent position
• 40 hours per week
• Productivity Bonus-
• 22 days paid Annual Leave plus Bank Holidays
• Overtime opportunities
• Annual Christmas shutdown period – 2 weeks
• Contributory pension scheme

The Role – Electrician:

• First fix installations
• Second fix installations
• Ensuring PODS are to the correct tolerances meeting standards and specifications.
• Strong manual dexterity
• Contributing to continuous improvement activities.
• Experience of working to tight deadlines and changing priorities.
• The ability to understand and interpret technical drawings/SOP’s.

What our client is looking for in an Electrician.

• Minimum of 2 years’ experience- ESSENTIAL
• Knowledge of modern manufacturing methodologies- ESSENTIAL
• 17th edition- ESSENTIAL
• 18th edition- DESIRABLE
• Test and inspection- DESIRABLE
• Ability to read and interpret drawing- ESSENTIAL.
