We are looking for dedicated and compassionate individuals who are passionate about their job, enjoy delivering two to one support and who can build positive relationships with our service users and their families.
In return, we can offer a permanent contracted position up to 36 hours per week, there is also the opportunity for additional shifts.
Meet our service user
Our service user is a mature gentleman who lives with his loving family in York and requires support on a 2:1 basis with his complex care needs throughout the day and night.
He is a very sociable and loves the interaction and having a banter with his care team, family, and friends.
He enjoys spending quality time with his family and care team, watching the football with his son and at times enjoys being out and about within the community.
As one of the founding members of his local mosque, his goal is to continue to attend daily with the support of his care team and family.
Our ideal applicant will be committed and have a genuine interest and passion in providing exceptional care and support for our service user.
We are currently paying £150 Welcome bonus for this position

Due to this role being contracted we pay for your DBS, and you are paid to attend our Mandatory training

Weekdays: £15.00 per hour (Approx. £180 per 12-hour shift)
Weeknights: £15.50 per hour (Approx. £186 per 12-hour shift)
Weekends: £16.00 per hour (Approx. £192 per 12-hour shift)
Bank Holiday: £20.00 per hour (Approx. £240 per 12-hour shift)
