Job Title: Customer Service Advisor

Location: Aylesford, Maidstone

Contract: Monday 19 th February - Friday 8 th March (potential to be extended or offered a permanent role if you perform well)

Salary: £11.50 per hour

Hours: Monday to Friday, 8am-6pm

Working for a car dealership in Maidstone, I'm looking for someone who has good customer service & call handling skills, who can start on Monday 19 th February.

Duties:

• To answer calls for the contact centre and redirect calls to the relevant department.


• Answering the overflow calls.


• Take messages from the customers and pass on messages to the team so they can receive a call back.
