We are seeking an enthusiastic, passionate Pre-School Manager to join our team in Billericay at our term time only Preschool. Hours of work 8:30am-3:30pm Monday - Friday. You will be part of a welcoming close knit team working closely with our Senior Management Team to help support and grow the nursery as well as your own CPD.
Overview:
As the Pre-School Manager you will work closely with the senior management team to provide a safe, exciting, stimulating environment for our children. Ensuring health and safety, Ofsted standards and the smooth running of the nursery.
You will be provided with support and training to maintain a GOOD Ofsted rating and provide guidance and support to all staff, children and families.
Our children are at the heart of our nursery and most importantly ensuring they feel safe and happy whilst in our care whilst having the opportunity to experience different activities to inspire them in their early learning journey.
Area's of responsibility:
To manage the provision of the setting ensuring that children, parents and the staff team work together to provide high quality childcare and education.
Manage and ensure continued professional development of staff team.
Monitor and attain continual development of Preschool.
Monitor and assess quality of provision, education and environment ensuring policies and procedures are continually adhered to and understood.
Ensure the setting is OFSTED and Safeguarding compliant.
Prior experience in nursery/Pre-School management or a related field is required.
