An enthusiastic Special Educational Needs (SEN) Teaching Assistant is needed for a part-time role in a Bradford school, working with children aged 2 to 19 across diverse classroom settings from Key Stage 1 to Key Stage 4.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Previous experience in schools with SEN pupils or similar transferable skills.
• Demonstrate patience, passion, and professionalism.
• Manage children with challenging behaviour.
• Confidence, punctuality, and eagerness.
• Effectively manage behaviour and build positive learning relationships with SEN pupils.
• Experience with small groups and 1:1.

Requirements:

• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Experience working with young people, preferably in a school environment.
• Willingness to undergo necessary training.
• Enhanced DBS check or willingness to obtain one through Randstad.
• Team player.
• Eligibility to work in the UK (No sponsorship provided).
• Excellent attendance and punctuality.
