Remuneration: Circa £100,000

Description: Performer Dentist required for MATERNITY COVER, 3 days per week (MON, TUES & WEDS) in a well-established INDEPENDENTLY OWNED practice in Wellesbourne, Warwickshire.
•    £12.50 - £14.25 per UDA
•    EXCELLENT PRIVATE EARNING POTENTIAL
•    Private 50% and Labs 50%
•    PRACTICE OFFERS INVISALIGN,QUICK STRAIGHT TEETH, BOUTIQUE WHITENING AND IMPLANTS
•    5 Associates and 2 Hygienists on-site
•    Fully computerised surgeries - 5 Surgery practice - SOE software
•    Digital x-rays
•    Rotary endo
•    Full support team including hygienist
•    Dedicated Implant Suite & CBCT scanner available in sister practice at Stratford Upon Avon
•    Practice owned Laboratory based in Stratford Practice
•    Maternity cover required to September 2024

- GDC certificate
- UK Blood test report showing Hep B immunisation and titre levels, Hep C, HIV and TB results dated within last 5 years

- Clinical references covering places of employment over past 2 years (minimum 2 referees)
