Job description
FULL TIME or PART TIME - days and hours to be discussed. This is a term time only role (39 weeks) including 5 INSET days.
We are seeking an enthusiastic person to join our team of Science Technicians providing support to the Science Department, preparing lessons and helping with the overall smooth running of the department. The ideal candidate will be practical, have good organisational skills, alongside having an excellent ability to work as a team member.
The successful candidate will assist in the organisation of practical support for science teaching, maintaining practical equipment and stock levels of all appropriate goods. They will keep legal records of safety checks and procedures and have an understanding of Health and Safety within the science preparation rooms and laboratories.
The role would suit an experienced Science Technician, or someone new to the role, as full training will be provided.
