Recruit UK is working on an excellent opportunity for a paraplanner to join a well-established Financial Advice Firm in Grantham.

This independent, chartered financial planning firm is looking for a financial adviser to join its team due to continued growth. This firm operates across the East Midlands, with its head office being based in Grantham. This prestigious and cutting-edge firm takes pride in delivering an excellent client experience by combining tailored solutions and personal service.

This role is incremental to the business. It will involve having in-depth discussions with financial advisers about client situations, writing suitability reports, and conducting technical research.

Skills and Experience Required:

• Previous experience working as a paraplanner
• Hold the Level 4 Diploma in Financial Planning (desired, but not preferred)
• Team player
• Analytical mind, with strong attention to detail
