Are you a dynamic and motivated individual ready to take on the role of a Senior Business Development Executive? We're on the lookout for someone like you, to play a crucial role in maximizing initial and recurring revenue from our potential and current intermediary and wholesale customers. As the face of a highly ambitious team, you'll act as a brand ambassador, spearheading the procurement of contractual engagements for company formation, company secretarial, and other business-related services.
Key Responsibilities:
- Brand Ambassadorship: Represent the company as a brand ambassador, embodying the values and fostering positive relationships.
- Customer Interaction: Serve as the primary point of contact for potential, lapsed, and active high-volume intermediaries and wholesale customers.
- Lead Identification and Conversion: Proactively identify and engage cold leads, with a special emphasis on securing intermediaries, including accountants and solicitors, to utilize services at high volumes. Successfully convert sales opportunities through both cold and warm leads.
- Revenue Growth and Upselling: Work to increase the average order value and retention rate of current intermediary and wholesale customers through strategic upselling of new services.
- Customer Engagement and Retention: Enhance the lifetime value of intermediaries/wholesalers by providing segmented specialized content and offers. Manage digital assets in line with the brand guidelines for effective email and social media campaigns.
- Client Interaction: Organise and host visits to well-appointed offices for prospective and wholesale/intermediary customers. Conduct occasional visits to clients at their business locations.
- Retention Strategy: Create and maintain a 'keep in touch' strategy to maximize client retention rates.
- Onboarding Excellence: Ensure a seamless onboarding process for intermediary and wholesale customers, collaborating with our Compliance and Company Secretarial Teams as needed.
- Strategic Feedback: Provide insightful feedback to Senior Management on pricing, products, services, client needs, and service quality.

Experience Required:
- Bachelor’s degree
- Minimum of 4 years’ experience in an Account Manager/Business Development role
