Job description
I am seeking an experienced and innovative Brand Manager with a background in luxury goods to join our growing e-commerce company in Margate. As a Brand Manager, you will be responsible for driving the development and execution of our brand strategy to promote our luxury goods and enhance our brand reputation. You will also work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure brand consistency and alignment across all channels.
As Brand Manager, you will:
- Develop and execute a comprehensive brand strategy that promotes our luxury goods and enhances brand reputation.
- Establish and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including suppliers, designers, and industry professionals.
- Conduct market research and analysis to identify opportunities for growth and innovation in our luxury goods product line, and utilize findings to inform brand strategy and product development.
- Develop and maintain a deep understanding of our target audience and leverage this knowledge to drive brand relevance and resonance.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, social media, and e-commerce, to ensure brand consistency and alignment.
- Develop and manage brand campaigns and initiatives across all channels, including email, social media, advertising, events, and more.
- Analyse and evaluate the success of brand campaigns and initiatives, using data to continually optimize and improve our brand strategy.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest luxury goods industry trends and emerging technologies and incorporate these into our brand strategy to drive innovation.
Skills and Experience required for the Brand Manager role:
- Extensive experience in brand management with a focus on luxury goods, preferably within e-commerce or fashion industry.
- Strong business acumen and ability to develop and execute comprehensive brand strategies to promote luxury goods.
- Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to drive brand relevance and resonance across channels.
- Experience in developing and executing successful brand campaigns and initiatives.
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, with an ability to effectively articulate complex issues and ideas.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with an ability to use data to measure success and optimise strategies.
