We are excited to announce that we are currently on the lookout for a Disability Assessor to join our esteemed team. In this role, you will be tasked with evaluating the medical and functional requirements of individuals to determine their eligibility for Personal Independence Payment (PIP). You will be working in close collaboration with a team of healthcare professionals to assess an individual's physical and mental health, mobility, and ability to carry out daily activities.
Job Details: - We are currently welcoming applications from Registered Nurses (RGN, RMN or RNLD), Paramedics, Occupational Therapists, and Physiotherapists. To qualify, applicants must possess at least 1 year of post-registration experience and be NMC/HCPC/GMC certified. Strong typing skills and IT competency are essential for this role, as well as outstanding interpersonal and communication abilities.
- The successful candidate will enjoy a range of benefits, including a starting salary of £35,000, which can increase to £36,000 with the successful completion of internal training, with an additional 2 x £1000 salary increases.
- This will take the basic salary to £38,000, with a yearly performance-related bonus of 10% (paid in quarterly installments), resulting in a yearly OTE of £41,800! Additionally, the role offers a holiday allowance of 23 days, with an option to purchase more days and all bank holidays.
