Maintenance Manager Stoke On Trent £40,000-£42,000 + Progression + Monday to Friday, + No Weekends + No Call Out + Holiday + Pension Do you have experience in Maintenance/Facilities management? You will be responsible for various maintenance projects, and also the technical documentation that comes with it, including creating spares lists, planned preventative maintenance (PPMs) systems etc. This well-established company manufacture a full range of products for the industrial and construction industry. They are currently in a period of growth, and are in the process of moving site, to a larger, state of the art site nearby. The ideal candidates will be an experienced Maintenance Engineer/Manager/Supervisor, have a background in maintenance, with a good understanding of management procedures and facility regulations, such as PPM systems. • Maintenance Manager/Maintenance Engineer/Maintenance Supervisor/Facilities Manager
• Overseeing electrical and mechanical maintenance
• Improve manufacturing processes, arrange spares lists, PPMs
• Lead the Maintenance Team.

The Person

• Maintenance Manager/Maintenance Engineer/Maintenance Supervisor/Facilities Manager
• Experience in maintenance positions, working with electrical and mechanical machinery
• Facilities Management experience
• Good understanding of relevant technical documentation, schedules, parts lists etc.
