Remuneration: Circa £130,000+

Description: Part-time or Full-time Associate required for 2-5 days per week (Surgery space available on days that suit you) in a MODERN & INDEPENDENTLY OWNED practice in Needham Market, Suffolk.
•       £14 PER UDA
•       EXCELLENT PRIVATE INCOME
•       50% split on PVT Income and Labs
•       2 Associates and 1 Hygienist on-site
•       Fully computerised surgeries - 4 surgery practice
•       CBCT scanner
•       iTero intraoral scanner
•       OPG
•       Implant motor
•       Digital X-Ray

•       Friendly and supportive team
•       Experienced dental nurses
•       Air conditioned
•       NHS pension scheme, NHS sick and maternity pay
•       Two-minute walk from the train station (Needham Street Station)
•       Available immediately, start date negotiable

- Full NHS Performer Number
- Local Area Team confirmation
- GDC certificate
- UK Blood test report showing Hep B immunisation and titre levels, Hep C, HIV and TB results dated within last 5 years 
- Indemnity certificate

- Enhanced DBS (within the last 12-36 months)
- Clinical references covering places of employment over past 2 years (minimum 2 referees)
- Degree certificate
- CPR/AED/Medical Emergencies certificate dated within the last 12 months
