Execute planned maintenance, covering tasks such as fire alarm checks, emergency light testing, water temperature checks, and tap flushing.

Handle reactive maintenance tasks that can vary daily, including putting up shelves, changing taps, fixing windows or doors, and painting and decorating.

Provide exceptional customer service by interacting with clients, understanding their needs, and exceeding their expectations.

Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, ensuring compliance with company standards and regulatory requirements.

Enjoy the flexibility of traveling from site to site, taking in the beautiful scenery of Yorkshire.

Proven experience in planned and reactive maintenance.

Strong skills in a variety of maintenance tasks, including but not limited to carpentry, plumbing, painting, and electrical work.

Excellent customer service and communication skills.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
