Job description
We have opportunity at our Retirement Village for a Support Assistant. The main responsibility of the job is to ensure the highest standard of service to each Resident in a warm, caring atmosphere.
Duties and Responsibilities:
All post offered are subject to two satisfactory references and an standard DBS disclosure.
Being a Support Assistant, you will be passionate about delivering a first-class service and show patience, kindness and understanding towards our residents. Experience in elderly care is desirable but not essential. It is essential you have good communication skills and can work well within a team and individually. The role would suit someone who has the ability to prioritise tasks, has a flexible approach and is energetic and hard working. It is also important that you have good time management and organisational skills.
