About Our Client
Our client is a reputable London University group, employing over a thousand professionals. Offering a 6 month FTC with hybrid working.
Job Description
- Manage and coordinate the Learning and Development (L&D) activities within the Health, Safety and Wellbeing team.
- Monitor, evaluate and record training activities and program effectiveness through training needs analysis (TNA).
- Offer guidance on development needs and opportunities.
- Develop innovative L&D strategies in line with organisational objectives.
- Provide support to staff through the delivery of training programs.
- Assist with the execution of performance management processes.
- Coordinate logistics for training events, including venues and equipment.
- Support the implementation of the overall L&D strategy.
The Successful Applicant
A successful 'L&D Coordinator' should have:
- Experience in a Learning and Development role, ideally within the higher education sector.
- Strong organisational skills and ability to manage multiple projects.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work with diverse teams.
- Proficiency in using HR software and digital learning platforms.
- Knowledge of contemporary L&D practices.
