Responsibilities

• Project Management - we will give mini projects for the individual to work on with the support from Buddy.
• Customer Service Skills - identifying their own skills and working on these to create confidence when dealing with customers on the shopfloor.
• Data Management - introduced to IT systems, to see how information is recorded.
• Store Standards - Understanding what a perfect store looks like and how the store team works together to maintain store standards.
• Commercial Awareness - to gain an understanding of what B&M needs to do to be profitable, be successful, and serve its customers well.
• Challenge 25 training.
• Manual Handling Training.
• Customer service training specific to B&M.
• Stock replenishment.
• Merchandising.

Skills and Qualifications

Essential Skills

• No experience needed as full training will be provided.

Further Information

The employer is: B&M Retail. Salary: 16/17 £5.28, 18/20yrs £7.49, 21/22yrs £10.18, 23/24yrs £10.42 per hour. Although this is a part-time temporary opportunity, hours may be extended and it could lead to a permanent position. The job advert may end before the closing date if requested by the employer.
