Job description
We are currently supporting a highly regarded charity with the recruitment of an interim Head of People and Culture. This is initially for a six month period.
The main remit of the position is to lead, coach and manage the People & Culture team, and deliver effective business partnering service to support the delivery of the people strategy.
Key areas of responsibility are broadly:
- Strategy and Planning
- People Management of the People & Culture team
- People & Culture Service Delivery
- People & Culture Projects
- Engagement, Development and Retention
- Equality, Diversity & Inclusion
Candidates should have relevant People & Culture e/HR experience with multiple stakeholders on a multi-disciplinary environment, whilst demonstratinge extensive experience of operating in a business partner model. You should have experience of delivering transformational change programmes, and experience of successfully managing a team.
