Job description

• Lead the Digital Marketing Data & Analytics function for a globally established brand with long term stability
• Be part of our digital maturity journey, strategically leading a central function, and getting into the detail of project planning and execution
• A ‘blank slate’ opportunity to define your vision, operating model, and approach
• You’ll be offered high levels of autonomy and support in a flexible organisation, spending 0-2 Days a week in our Crawley office

We’d like to hear from you if you:

• Have 10+ years of experience in digital marketing data & analytics capability
• Have experience leading teams of 5+ direct reports
• Can demonstrate impact in strategic transformation of data functions
• Are an effective facilitator, leading working groups to plan and execute brilliantly

Requirements:

• You should have a background and experience gained within Digital Marketing

Leading Data & Analytics adoption across a complex organisation.

Leading Data & Analytics transformation - managing operational processes and governance.

Experience with SQL, Big Query and Google Cloud platforms

Strong business requirements collection - process/workflow analysis skills.

Excellent analytical & problem-solving skills.

Collaborative approach to effective solution delivery.

Defining business needs & objectives.

Translating requirements into tangible D&A solutions.

Cultural & Organisational awareness - ability to operate and manoeuvre in a complex international multi-stakeholder structure.

Think creatively & strategically - able to overcome obstacles.

Excellent communication skills - ability to communicate and influence at all levels.
